Accountant

Description:

AEROCONTROL is currently hiring a detail-focused and experienced Accountant – Payables to support its aviation finance operations. The role involves managing end-to-end accounts payable activities across various aviation-related services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial processing.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong experience in handling vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial coordination within operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and review vendor invoices while ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation

• Handle multi-currency and international vendor payment transactions

• Maintain Accounts Payable aging reports and assist with weekly payment runs

• Support cash flow planning and financial forecasting activities

• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Legal departments for smooth financial processing

• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and audit requirements

• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in accounts payable or aviation-related finance roles is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Familiarity with international payments and accounting processes is an advantage
