Description:

SAAD Ready Mix LLC, as part of its ongoing expansion, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its professional team. This role is ideal for a candidate who can efficiently manage both financial accounting tasks and procurement operations within a fast-paced construction environment.

The selected professional will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes, managing procurement activities, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records

• Handle procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order processing

• Monitor purchase accounting transactions and related documentation

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials

• Prepare procurement and operational reports for management review

• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement requirements

• Ensure proper accounts payable and receivable management, including reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and procurement roles

• Experience in construction or precast industry is preferred

• Strong background in procurement processes and vendor management

• Knowledge of negotiation, contract administration, and cost optimization techniques
