Al Anfar Perfumes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who possess strong financial management skills and experience working within the UAE business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with VAT compliance, and preparing financial reports. Candidates with experience in the perfume manufacturing sector will have an added advantage and immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions

• Prepare and review financial reports and supporting documentation

• Assist with VAT filing, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements

• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial records

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Support budgeting and financial planning processes

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters

• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of VAT filing procedures and financial reporting standards

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Experience in the perfume manufacturing industry is an added advantage

• Immediate availability or immediate joining preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting and accounting principles

• VAT compliance and taxation procedures

• Accounting software, MS Excel, and financial data management
