Accountant

Description:

Arch & Art Advertising Boards LLC is seeking a motivated Accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as early-career professionals who are eager to build their experience in accounting within a dynamic business environment.

The selected candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, financial record maintenance, and basic reporting activities. Candidates with exposure to accounting software and procurement processes will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and assist in bookkeeping activities.

• Support preparation of basic financial reports and statements.

• Handle invoice processing and expense tracking.

• Assist in procurement-related accounting tasks when required.

• Ensure accuracy of data entry in accounting systems.

• Support reconciliation and documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Experience with Tally or QuickBooks is an advantage.

• Procurement experience will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Accounting principles and bookkeeping

    • MS Excel and financial data entry

    • Accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks
