Accountant

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have UAE accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial records, reconciliations, and accounting software. The candidate will support daily finance operations and ensure accurate accounting processes.

This role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and process financial transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and customer/supplier ledger reconciliations.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

• Maintain records using Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Support VAT-related accounting requirements and documentation.

• Prepare financial reports and assist with daily accounting operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.

Libraries

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Experience in:

• Bank reconciliation.

• Customer and supplier ledger reconciliation.

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

• Knowledge of VAT will be an advantage.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting principles and financial record management.

• ERP-based accounting operations.

• Reconciliation and reporting procedures.
