Accountant

Description:

Ashra Tech is looking for a Accountant to join its team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with 2–4 years of experience and strong expertise in Zoho Books, property accounting, and tax-related processes.

The selected candidate will manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, oversee property-related transactions, and support monthly financial closing and audit activities. Candidates with experience using Zoho Property Management and strong bookkeeping skills will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.

• Manage property accounting through Zoho Property Management.

• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.

• Manage tenant billing, rental income, service charges, and supplier payments.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations.

• Handle tax-related tasks and maintain accurate tax records.

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and management summaries.

• Support monthly closing, payroll, and audit activities.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.

• Experience with Zoho Property Management is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of tax regulations and related documentation.

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and formulas.

• Property management accounting experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Strong knowledge of:

   • Zoho Books and Zoho Property Management.

   • Bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and tax documentation.

   • Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, payroll support, and accounting records.
