Description:

AVK Global is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious multinational publicly listed company for the position of Accountant based in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for experienced accounting professionals looking to advance their careers within a multinational corporate environment while gaining exposure to diverse financial operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting core accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to day-to-day finance operations. Candidates with experience in trading companies and strong technical accounting skills will be well suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank transactions.

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with accounting operations.

• Work across different accounting functions on a rotational basis as required.

• Prepare reports and support financial reconciliation activities.

• Utilize ERP systems, Tally, and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data efficiently.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience working in a trading company is preferred.

KnowWorker Rights

• Semi-qualified CA / CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).

• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.

• Willingness to work across multiple accounting functions on a rotational basis.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Financial accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.

    • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.

    • Microsoft Excel, Tally, and ERP accounting systems.
