Main Responsibilities :

  • Monthly Payroll
  • Petty Cash and Cheques custodian
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Prepare monthly cash forecast
  • Process employees expense report
  • Knowledge of VAT preparation in the UAE
  • Assist during yearly Statutory audits and periodic VAT tax audits
  • Assist in preparation of any reporting needed by management
  • Support on monthly financial closing
  • Support during Budget
  • Preparing and posting journals
  • Prepare monthly GL reconciliation
  • Record keeping of local contracts, LC, and other relevant business documents
  • Arabic speaker

Required Qualifications :

  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
