Description:

A dynamic organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Accountant and Admin Officer with 2–3 years of UAE experience, a qualified bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Zoho Books. This role requires a professional capable of handling both accounting and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth financial operations and effective office management. Immediate joining is preferred.

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Manage supplier bills and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare customer invoices in line with company procedures.
  • Record journal entries and update bank transactions with reconciliations.
  • Maintain petty cash records and monitor disbursements.
  • Prepare PEMO statements and cost sheets for ongoing projects, along with reconciliations.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pending bills and payments.
  • Update and maintain Google Sheets for project tracking.
  • Provide daily updates and monitor project progress.

Admin/HR Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with HR on visa processing and documentation.
  • Follow up on staff medical insurance renewals.
  • Manage HR-related tasks including tracking leaves and attendance.
  • Monitor car insurance expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Schedule staff on a daily basis and oversee office workflow.
  • Check pending site works and ensure timely completion.
  • Organize office meetings and internal gatherings.
