A Male Arabic speaker Accountant Cum Cashier required at school in Sharjah

Key Accountabilities

• Taking care of all Fee Cash, POS and Cheque collection
• Hand over the daily cash and Cheque collection to the accountant
• Preparation of Daily collection report
• Daily Take fee and cheques status change in ERP
• Preparation and Follow-up with receivables, Bounced cheques
• Taking all non-fee collection (Uniform, Canteen, Bus and Miscellaneous)
• Preparation of Fee Refund Request
• Supporting the School Accountant for day to day work.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the general financial theories and practices.
• Knowledge of ERP system in relation to finance.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook.
• Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
• bachelor’s degree (accounts & finance)
