Accountant & Finance Controller

Evergreen Stars Sports Club is seeking a skilled Accountant & Finance Controller to oversee financial operations and support the continued growth of its expanding sports academy. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can effectively manage accounting functions while providing valuable financial insights to support business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. The position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to contribute to the organization’s financial stability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

• Monitor cash flow, control expenses, and support financial decision-making.

• Analyze revenue performance and identify opportunities to improve income generation.

• Prepare MIS reports, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

• Handle VAT, payroll processing, WPS administration, and financial compliance requirements.

• Support management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and taxation.

• Experience using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

• Ability to prepare financial reports and perform detailed financial analysis.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
