Accountant / Internal Auditor

PAD is looking for a dynamic Accountant/Internal Auditor to join our team and support our mission of serving the community with excellence and transparency.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and schedules
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and support monthly/yearly closings
• Reconcile financial statements and assist in budgeting/forecasting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies
• Plan and conduct internal audits across departments
• Evaluate internal controls and identify operational risks
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements
• Support external audits and statutory filings
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CIA (or pursuing)
• Solid experience in accounting, auditing, or a combined role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls & risk frameworks
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and integrity
