A leading Security Services organisation in the UAE is seeking an experienced and proactive Accountant Manager to lead financial operations and ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards. This is a senior hands-on role for a finance professional who can manage the day-to-day accounting function while delivering accurate reporting and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and VAT requirements; coordinate with auditors as needed.
• Implement internal controls and best practices to safeguard financial integrity and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in managerial accounting roles with demonstrable leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT rules, and local compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reporting and to lead audit and compliance activities.
