Executive Search UAE, a professional recruitment firm, is hiring on behalf of a successful and growing real estate company in Dubai for the position of Accounting Manager. This role is ideal for candidates currently based in Dubai with proven experience in real estate accounting and a strong grasp of local financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting including A/R, A/P, GL, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and profit & loss oversight.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and local financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business strategy.
• Lead and mentor a small in-house finance/accounts team.

Requirements:

• Must have UAE experience in the real estate industry.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• Sound understanding of UAE financial laws and RERA compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
