Galaxy Ways Tourism is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts / Operations Assistant to become part of our growing team in the tourism sector. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance, operations, and customer coordination, and who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including receipts, payments, and ledger entries.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records to ensure data integrity.
• Follow up with clients on pending payments and provide timely updates to management.
• Collaborate with the finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Assist with preparing reports and reconciling accounts as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience using Tally or QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Excel and well-versed with basic accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
