Accounts Executive

Time Global Shipping is currently hiring an Accounts Executive (Freight Forwarding & NVOCC) to join their growing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Maintain accurate financial records related to shipping and logistics operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Reconcile statements and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding and NVOCC.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles in the shipping/logistics sector.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
