Accounts Office Administrator

 

Description:

We are seeking a proactive Accounts Office Administrator to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who can manage bookkeeping tasks, support day-to-day office operations, and follow up with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
  • Good command of English for written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of basic accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and update accounting records regularly.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm timely deliveries and resolve order issues.
  • Chase and manage customer payments, record receipts, and report outstanding invoices.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the office, including filing, documentation, and ad-hoc office tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

  • A young, energetic professional (male or female) with a hands-on attitude.
  • Candidates holding a dependent visa (sponsored by husband or father) are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience and fit).
