The Canvas Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our dynamic Finance team. If you have a strong eye for numbers and a passion for excellence in financial reporting and credit control, we want to hear from you!

As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing City Ledger accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation of credit card payments, maintaining billing accuracy, and supporting effective credit management decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reconcile guest folios and POS charge-backs to the City Ledger
• Maintain and monitor all City Ledger accounts
• Process, record, and reconcile credit card receipts and advance deposits
• Prepare monthly statements and aging reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless payment processing and collections
• Ensure compliance with policies and UAE legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Opera Cloud, Micros, Web Prologic is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
