Description:
We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivables in Dubai. If you are at the beginning of your career, a go-getter then this is for you!
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial SOPs
- Maintain Customer files and records (Trade license, Credit application, Credit limits)
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank requirements (ie deposits, invoice & cheque for discounting requirements)
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Contact clients, follow up with the Sales Department, verify discrepancies, reconcile, resolve billing issues, facilitate payment, and generate statement of account.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivables
- Team player and an effective communicator
- Must be available in the UAE
- Must be able to join immediately
