Hiring Accounts Supervisor for a logistics company based in Dubai.
Accounts Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finance team on behalf of the Group finance management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and preparation of financial and management reports by working closely with the Finance manager.
- Lead the finance team and ensure the team is working to meet their daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
- Report and feedback to the Top management the areas of improvement for the finance team.
- Review all financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Job brief & Responsibilities:
- Complying with company, local and federal accounting regulations
- Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data
- Creating periodic reports, balance sheets, profit/loss accounts
- Presenting data to managers
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Maintaining data in record keeping is a MUST
- Computing taxes.
- Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals and support the management team in the decision-making process to meet financial goals for the company.
- Provide financial guidance and operational analysis to the management, operation teams and other functions.
Requirements, skills & Qualifications:
- Professional in Computer
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to interact with the staff regularly and assign them many tasks as well as guide them.
- He has to be a good communicator in order to pass the information clearly to the team members and make them understand what he wants them to do.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required (Recognized University)
- +5 years of Supervisory experience required – Mandatory
- Salary: Negotiable as per Industry standards
