Admin Assistant

 

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin Assistant to join AMC Motors Trading LLC, a leading automotive trading company in the UAE. The company specializes in high-quality commercial vehicles and provides exceptional after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage office documents, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Support HR tasks, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with staff.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and general clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
