We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin Assistant to join AMC Motors Trading LLC, a leading automotive trading company in the UAE. The company specializes in high-quality commercial vehicles and provides exceptional after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage office documents, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
- Support HR tasks, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with staff.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and general clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
