Are you organized, proactive, and ready to be the backbone of a dynamic team? We’re looking for a highly motivated Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

📌 Key Responsibilities:

 

Greet and welcome visitors to the company in a professional manner.

Answer and manage telephone calls — including screening, transferring, responding to inquiries, and taking messages.

Maintain office equipment and ensure the workspace is well-organized and fully functional.

Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, quotations, contracts, and providing support to the team.

Monitor and follow up on quotations or contracts sent to clients.

Update, remind, and coordinate with the team regarding required information and deadlines.

Organize tasks and materials to ensure seamless operations.

Conduct research and gather relevant information, particularly for Influencer/Blogger and Interior Designer profiles.

Ensure clear communication and efficient task management across the team.

Provide regular updates to the line manager on progress and changes.
