Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Admin Assistant with diverse knowledge of multiple departmental processes. The ideal candidate will understand how various departments operate and can manage administrative tasks with strong accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office administration and documentation
· Maintain organized filing systems and employee records
· Handle correspondence, calls, and visitor management
· Support HR processes such as onboarding, document verification, and attendance
· Understand finance processes including invoicing, purchase requests
· Familiarity with procurement and vendor management procedures
· Assist with project administration and compliance documentation
· Prepare reports, presentations, and official letters
· Ensure smooth coordination across departments through strong process knowledge
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years UAE experience
· Strong understanding of HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations processes
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities
