Description:
Kaaya Prime Realty is currently seeking a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator and HR Assistant to support its day-to-day operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while assisting with HR functions in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment and employee-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update property listings across various online portals
• Handle documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Coordinate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and developers
• Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments
• Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM systems
HR & Administrative Support:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
• Support onboarding activities and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and confidential documents
• Oversee daily office coordination and general administrative duties
Requirements:
• Previous experience in real estate, administration, or HR roles is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
