Description:
An established organization is currently hiring an Admin & Junior Accountant to join its office in Business Bay, Dubai. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can handle daily administrative duties while providing basic accounting support. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple office tasks efficiently.
The working schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Female candidates are preferred, and applicants must have prior UAE work experience. Immediate availability will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle general office administration and daily coordination tasks
• Provide basic accounting support including invoices, expense tracking, and data entry
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized filing systems
• Support office operations through coordination with internal teams
• Assist with record-keeping, reports, and routine administrative activities
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial and administrative data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Good to excellent communication skills
• UAE work experience is mandatory
