Admin Secretary



ADMIN Secretary provides both clerical and administrative support either as part of a team or individually. You’ll be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific tasks.

Responsibilities of the job include:

· answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence

· typing, filing, and managing admin supplies

· organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

· managing databases

· prioritizing workloads

· implementing new procedures and administrative systems

· liaising with relevant organizations and clients

· acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
