Description:

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Maintain office filing and organization systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with office supply management, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Provide general administrative support to management and other staff members as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
