Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and office materials.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and office logistics.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
