Administrative Assistant

The role: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Administrative Assistant for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.

• Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties

• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

• Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages

• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department

  • Managing the day to day office operations

• Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars • Collate and distribute mail • Logging or processing bills or expenses

• Ordering office supplies

• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence

• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

• Handle executive summaries and directives

• Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Business Administration or another relevant fields

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Administration, already based in UAE

Skills:

• Excellent time management skills

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

• Languages: Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

• Excellent communication Skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Attention to detail
