Xenia Magera, a leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide direct assistance to management. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to management.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups professionally.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical files, records, and documents.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and brand-related activities.
• Manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and draft communications as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and service providers.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with basic digital tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability.
