Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to become part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting internal teams and maintaining efficient workflows within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a professional manner
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules while maintaining updated calendars
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and internal records
  • Maintain proper filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and confidentiality
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and team members

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is considered an advantage
  • Strong organizational abilities with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently when required
