Almrooj Building Contracting is currently hiring an efficient and fast-learning Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to its Demolition Team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple administrative duties while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and organizing quotations as per project requirements
• Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
• Assisting with general administrative duties and additional tasks assigned by management
• Coordinating documentation and maintaining proper records
• Supporting the demolition team with office-based administrative needs
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and experience in preparing quotations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
