Nehal Hotel in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team. This role is suitable for candidates who have a strong administrative background and are familiar with working in a hotel environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination within the office, and assisting various departments as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to daily hotel operations
• Manage documentation, records, and correspondence
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks
• Maintain professionalism in all internal and external communications

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is mandatory
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Familiarity with WINHMS software is an added advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
