PRIME MIDDLE EAST FZE is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

• Organize and maintain documentation, filing systems, and company records

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members and management

• Draft and prepare reports, emails, and other business correspondence

• Provide administrative support to management and operational teams

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply; prior administrative experience is an added advantage

• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
