This role is ideal for individuals who can efficiently manage office tasks, maintain structured records, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative duties and provide general office support to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain and organize records, documents, and filing systems for easy access and accuracy

• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and facilitate internal communication across departments

• Assist in preparing reports, performing data entry tasks, and handling correspondence

• Support various operational activities to enhance overall efficiency within the organization

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
