Administrative Assistant



We are looking for an “Administrative Assistant” for a trading free zone company located in Rass Al Khaymeh.
Main duties and responsibilities: 
-         Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Facilities and equipment needed:
-          PC and email access
-          Secured area for archiving

Job requirements:
-          Experience 2 to 4 years in a similar field
-          Advanced Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc,…)

-          Communication
-          Organization
-          Discrete and Ethical
Personal Profile:
-          Ability to think creatively and innovatively
-          Confident and dynamic personality.
