Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos with suppliers and clients
  • Assist in the preparation of price quotations and submissions
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
