We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to manage reception and support office operations.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years experience in administration or reception (preferably in UAE)
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
    • Professional appearance & customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
    • Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative procedures
