Description:
We are looking for an Administrative / HR assistant to join our Team.
Job role:
- End-to-end recruiting from junior to senior level.
- Prepare offer and joining letter.
- Joining formalities and prepare employee files.
- Maintain master employee database.
- Prepare memorandum, deduction report and other letter as instructed.
- Coordinate with PRO for employee’s visa, visa renewals and other labor and immigration activities.
- Maintain the renewal of our Trades licenses.
- Apply DAMAN insurance for employees / Cancelation if required.
- Practical experience in recruitment.
- Maintain and updates the master list of all ours vehicles.
- Coordinate with the Operation Manager, sites supervisor for the renewal of the vehicles.
- Knowledge on insurances (motors and medical….).
- Other administrative work if necessary.
- Ready to join immediately Salary: up on interview.
