Administrative Officer

 

Description:

A well-established organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a competent and organized Administrative Officer to support daily office operations. This role is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple administrative tasks while maintaining efficiency and professionalism in a corporate environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functioning by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting different departments with administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain office records, documents, and filing systems

• Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and day-to-day correspondence

• Prepare reports, official letters, and internal documentation

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments efficiently

• Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement activities

• Support HR functions including onboarding and employee documentation

• Provide general administrative assistance across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
