Admission Counselor

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Admission Counselor - Study Abroad (Canada and Europe). The Admission Counselor will assist students with university applications, provide tailored counseling, and guide them through the study abroad process, including institution selection and visa procedures. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with prospective students and their families, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. The counselor will also collaborate with partner universities, manage application documentation, and participate in events to engage and recruit students.

Qualifications

The candidate MUST have experience working as an Admission Counselor in an Educational Consultancy in the UAE.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and partner institutions.
• Proven Customer Service skills to provide personalized support and address student inquiries.
• Sales experience to promote educational opportunities and assist in student recruitment efforts.
• Knowledge of Education systems in Canada and Europe, particularly for study abroad counseling.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or International Studies is preferred.
