Description:

The Admission Counselor for Europe and Canada is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves providing personalized counseling to prospective students, assisting them in identifying educational opportunities and securing placements at top-tier universities in Europe and Canada. The Admission Counselor will oversee the admissions process, from course selection to application submission, and provide guidance on visa procedures. The role also requires building and maintaining productive relationships with educational institutions and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet student and institutional needs.

Qualifications

Must have UAE experience in an education consultancy.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and institutions.
• Customer Service expertise to address inquiries and provide tailored guidance to meet client needs.
• Sales skills to promote Bright Minds’ services to prospective students and partner institutions.
• Educational knowledge and understanding of admission processes for universities in Europe and Canada.
• Proven ability to manage administrative details and multitask under tight deadlines.
• A passion for global education and empowering students to achieve their academic goals.
• Previous experience in university admissions or education consultancy is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Communication, or International Relations.
