We are seeking a qualified and experienced Admissions Assistant to support the admissions function and provide a welcoming, efficient experience for prospective families and our wider school community.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage admissions enquiries and support families through the admissions process
• Coordinate applications, documentation and student records
• Support school tours, admissions events and enrolment procedures
• Liaise with parents, teachers and the school leadership team
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day admissions operations

Required qualification and experience:
• Previous experience in admissions, administration or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred
