We’re looking for individuals with a strong local or international network system who can refer clients interested in buying or selling real estate in the UAE. No prior real estate experience is needed, just connections and motivation.

About the Role

We are offering an opportunity to earn up to 30% commission by simply referring clients looking to buy, sell, or rent real estate in Abu Dhabi and other key regions. You’ll gain access to our Partner Portal, where you can submit leads, track deal progress, and collaborate with our experienced brokerage teams.

This is not a sales job — you refer, we close the deal.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and refer potential clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in residential or commercial real estate in Abu Dhabi and other Whitewill markets.
• Submit client requests through the Whitewill Partner Portal.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information submitted.
• Maintain regular communication with your clients and the Whitewill team to support seamless coordination.
• Track client progress and deal status through your personalized dashboard.
• Promote Whitewill’s offerings and catalogs to your network, including properties from top developers like Aldar, Imkan, and Ohana.
• Uphold professionalism and discretion, especially when working with HNW and UHNW individuals.
• Optionally participate in Whitewill’s partner competitions, events, and referral campaigns.
