We are seeking a skilled AI Chatbot Developer to join our team and lead the design and development of an AI-powered chatbot tailored for social media interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and software development, with a focus on creating conversational agents capable of engaging with followers across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement an AI chatbot solution optimized for social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, social media management, and customer support to understand requirements and integrate chatbot functionality seamlessly into existing workflows.

Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enable the chatbot to understand and respond to user queries, comments, and messages in a conversational and contextually relevant manner.

Implement machine learning algorithms to continuously improve the chatbot's performance, accuracy, and ability to handle complex interactions.

Integrate the chatbot with social media APIs to enable real-time communication, automated responses, and personalized engagement with followers.

Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any bugs, issues, or inconsistencies in the chatbot's behavior across different social media platforms.

Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics, user feedback, and engagement data to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and social media technologies, and incorporate new tools, techniques, and best practices into the chatbot development process.

Provide technical support, documentation, and training to internal teams on using and managing the chatbot effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

Proven experience in developing AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational agents, preferably for social media applications.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, as well as frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Dialogflow.

Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text classification algorithms.

Familiarity with social media APIs, web scraping techniques, and data integration methods for retrieving and processing user interactions from social media platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling AI applications is a plus.
