ESTREL.AI is looking for an experienced AI Governance Lead to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, onsite role that plays a key part in ensuring responsible, ethical, and compliant AI development across the organization.

🔍 Role Overview:
As the AI Governance Lead, you will define and implement governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and ethical AI policies aligned with regulatory standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to promote AI transparency, accountability, and safety.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Responsible AI frameworks and policies
Conduct risk assessments and AI ethics initiatives
Maintain centralized AI model inventory and documentation
Ensure compliance with global AI regulations
Report key metrics to AI Council and governance forums

🧠 Ideal Profile:
10+ years of experience in technology or financial services
3+ years in AI governance, risk, or compliance roles
Strong understanding of AI/ML, MLOps, data science, and GenAI
Experience collaborating across legal, tech, and business teams
Excellent communication and project management skills
