Description:
The AI Pre-Sales Consultant will act as a technical evangelist and solution strategist for Emtech's AI-driven solutions portfolio. The role focuses on customer engagement, technical consulting, solution architecture, and pre-sales support for AI platforms, cybersecurity AI, cloud-based AI services, and automation frameworks from vendors such as Microsoft (Azure OpenAI, Copilot), Cisco (AI Networking & Security), and Fortinet (FortiAI, AI-driven SOC solutions). Etc.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Engage with enterprise customers to assess AI readiness, business objectives, and digital transformation goals.
- Present and articulate AI-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Cisco AI-Enabled Networking & Security Solutions, Fortinet FortiAI, and other OEM AI offerings.
- Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts showcasing the value of AI, automation, and predictive technologies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning solution strategies and proposals.
AI Solution Design & Architecture
- Design AI-powered architectures focused on use cases like predictive analytics, intelligent threat detection, AIOps, AI chatbots, RPA, and digital assistants.
- Propose solution frameworks integrating AI with cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and data platforms.
- Create solution blueprints, BOMs, and cost estimations aligned with customer budgets and compliance requirements.
Vendor & Technology Expertise
- Stay updated with AI offerings from Cisco (AI-driven networking, ThousandEyes, SecureX AI), Microsoft (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform AI, Azure Cognitive Services), and Fortinet (AI-based threat intelligence, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAI).
- Liaise with OEMs for technical clarifications, partner programs, and joint GTM initiatives.
Proposal & RFP Management
- Respond to tenders, RFPs, and RFQs with detailed AI solution write-ups, technical architectures, and differentiators.
- Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements, security standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Engagement & Enablement
- Conduct customer executive briefings (CxO level) on AI transformation and digital innovation.
- Train internal teams and partners on AI offerings and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on AI maturity models and digital roadmap.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI integration, Copilot suite, Azure Cognitive Services, Power Automate AI.
- Understanding of Cisco AI Networking, AIOps, SecureX AI, AI Endpoint Analytics, ThousandEyes.
- Strong exposure to Fortinet AI-driven SOC, FortiAI, and AI-based anomaly detection platforms.
- Familiarity with AI cybersecurity, AI in cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise automation.
- Experience in creating solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Pre-Sales Skills:
- Strong customer-facing presentation & communication skills.
- Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and influence technical decision-making.
- RFP/RFQ response writing and proposal development expertise.
- Demonstrated success in solution positioning and value articulation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, preferably in AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
- Certification in one or more:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer / Solutions Architect
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) with AIOps / AI Security
- Fortinet NSE 5/6/7 with AI specialization
