Job Description:

• Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuances, and refunds
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with airline policies
• Provide high-quality customer support for travel arrangements
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking issues quickly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing/operations
• Proficient in Amadeus (1A), Sabre (1S), and Galileo (1G)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
