Alternate Compliance Officer

Al Razouki Exchange is currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Alternate Compliance Officer (ACO) to join its team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures

• Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory requirements and financial compliance standards

• Assist in identifying and mitigating compliance risks within the organization

• Conduct compliance reviews and maintain proper documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all operations align with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance or a related field

• Prior experience in the UAE exchange sector is preferred

• Professional certifications such as ACAMS or equivalent are highly desirable

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
