Description:
Urgent requirement for an Amazon Connect Architect to be based in Dubai for a major financial institution.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and requirements.
- Custom Solution Development: Develop custom solutions within Amazon Connect, leveraging its features to create tailored and efficient communication systems.
- Integration Expertise: Integrate Amazon Connect with various systems, applications, and third-party services, ensuring seamless functionality across the organization.
- Scalability Planning: Plan and implement scalable Amazon Connect architectures to accommodate the organization's growth and evolving communication needs.
- Security Measures: Establish and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data within Amazon Connect and associated systems.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of Amazon Connect solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business operations, to understand requirements and align Amazon Connect solutions accordingly.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship to team members and training sessions to end-users on Amazon Connect best practices and advanced features.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for Amazon Connect architectures, configurations, and integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Architect or in a similar architectural role.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect features, configurations, and architecture.
- Extensive experience in integrating Amazon Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other applications.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the context of Amazon Connect.
- AWS certification(s) related to Amazon Connect (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
